Working with brands
We worked with the tour’s commercial partners: JBL, Red Bull, Movino, FOX, ODI and Crankbrothers. This part of our role connected brand needs with the events and the urban sports setting.

Ride The Future is a nationwide Polish tour of BMX and scooter workshops, demonstrations and competitions, organised by Fundacja Sportów Miejskich. Motion House Project supported the 2026 season through commercial partnerships, technical event support and IT. We connected our work with brands to practical tools for the crew and participants at the tour’s stops.

We supported the technical delivery of events on the tour. On-site work was another pillar of our involvement, alongside partner collaboration and digital tools.
We developed and implemented the project’s IT support: a registration system and tools for participant management, crew operations and event reporting. The scope covered preparation, on-site delivery and post-event work.

IT support / Delivered scope
We developed and delivered a system covering the full event cycle: registration, on-site crew operations, participant communication and reporting for local authorities and partners. Further modules evolved alongside the needs of the tour.
Online forms, event and discipline selection, group and session allocation, capacity limits, waiting lists and parental consent handling.
QR codes, attendance confirmation, participant and guardian handling, and venue capacity management. Staff could also add and edit registrations manually.
Registration confirmations, practical event messages and SMS campaigns. Sending tools included test messages, statuses, limits and error handling.
Registration and attendance summaries, group breakdowns, and a distinction between online sign-ups and people added on site. Data for reporting and export.
Reporting tools with dedicated versions for local authorities, commercial partners and general audiences. Event data provided the basis for summaries of delivery and results.
Published event recaps, photo galleries, video and social links. The panel supported multiple file uploads, photo cropping and publication management.
AI-assisted preparation of event reports, emails, press releases and articles for local authorities. Materials for post-event communication.
Merchandise modules and crew checklists. Shared tools for day-to-day participant support and delivery at successive tour stops.
An extension for next-season host applications, a map of submitted cities and a view of interest in available dates. Connecting current delivery with planning the next tour.
